The Servant Ministry at Highland Park works with the ministerial staff to promote the spiritual growth and welfare of the congregation.

They visit church members in the hospital or at home, prepare and serve communion, and promote peace, harmony and the spirit of goodwill among the membership.

The Deacon Ministry also participates in the Open Door Ministry of the church which maintains contact with members who are no longer able to attend services.

Deacons also provide orientation and support for new church members.
